New Hallway Art
We have lived in our home four years this month and I’m just getting around to putting large scale art on some blank walls in our upstairs hallway. You’ve heard me say this time and time again, design is a process and it’s totally okay to let it evolve as you live in your home. Take your time and don’t rush to fill those empty walls! The beginning of summer seems to be the season where I look around our home and start tackling some of those unfinished spaces.
One of my favorite resources for home decor is AllModern. When I’m looking for that modern, minimalistic design style, I always find exactly what I need from this brand whether it be lighting, furniture, rugs, or accessories. I love that in stock items arrive with fast, free shipping. Recently I added some new beautiful art to our walls and I’m excited to share with you today.

As you walk to the top of our stairs, you’ll enter a “maze of shiplap halls” leading to the bedrooms. There was one blank wall that didn’t have shiplap or millwork detailing, intended as the perfect canvas for art. Originally I was planning on creating a gallery wall of family photos, however, I ended up creating that in another hallway upstairs. I need to photograph that and share with you too!
I love that this modern style art is available in three frame finishes (black, white, and brown) and also in five sizes. So whether you have a small space to fill or a big wall like ours, you can customize the art. What a statement these make in our hall in the 50″x 40″ size.
