Our Guest Bedroom

Our guest bedroom has been a slow work in progress this year. Seems like that is always the last room to design when it should be one of priority. I want our house guests to feel like their place of rest is cohesive in design with the home. Layers of cozy textures in a calm, neutral, tone on tone room. I took my time selecting furnishings and decor. I’m not one to just fill a space to make it “complete.” I wait until the right pieces come along.

I’m always excited to partner with one of my favorite brands, AllModern, to add the perfect finishing touch to our home. From Mid-century to Scandinavian styles in lighting, furniture, rugs, and accessories, I can count on AllModern to have just what I need for a design project. They also offer fast + free shipping on in-stock products.

The final piece I needed for this bedroom was a pair of nightstands. I had searched high and low for a larger scale nightstand that was neutral in color and affordable for my budget. I found these chests to be the perfect size. I love the white finish with luxe gold accents that enhances the light and airy feeling of the room. They have a lot of storage space and will be great for storing extra blankets and sheets.

Style tip! If your space allows, I always recommend a larger chest as a nightstand for function and overall aesthetic.
