Our guest bedroom is moving closer to completion with the latest addition of these beautiful white chests. I have been on the hunt for months looking for nightstands that balanced the room in size and color. They fill the space perfectly and now I have bonus storage for extra sheets and blankets in all those drawers. I feel so good knowing that anyone who comes to visit will now have a calm and serene room to rest in that feels cozy and inviting! I can’t believe I waited so long to get this room designed. I’m now ready for all the guests!

I have been working on our guest bedroom for month

I have been working on our guest bedroom for months and slowly it’s feeling ready for all the guest sleepovers! I may spend a few nights in here myself! Eventually I want to add some millwork to the walls or wallpaper. Shhh! I haven’t confessed that to the hubby yet. Progress is slow but good!

What’s that paint color? Agreeable Gray by Sherwin Williams. Still one of my all time favorite colors for cabinetry. I painted my entire office in this beautiful color 4 years ago when we built, not knowing that “greige” tones for cabinetry would be trending BIG right now in design.
You’ll see more of this color in the two new homes I designed that will be finished next spring and summer!

We had the nicest weekend sitting out on the patio

We had the nicest weekend sitting out on the patio by the fire pit enjoying our beautiful Colorado weather. Summers are the best (except for that annual pollen drop that covers everything!😬)

I got this cute new seating set from @walmart on a Rollback sale. #walmartpartner It’s also available in black and white stripe which I’m now ordering for the beach cottage. I shopped their outdoor garden section for roses and lavender to fill my planters. I love that lavender scent! We are all set for outdoor entertaining for the season!
